THE GREAT THEMES OF SCULPTURE

The energy of the steed and the grace of Venus

The horse's head, proud and superb, originates from a real-life study made by Roberto Giovannini, who then decided to reinterpret it with a surrealist emphasis in the style of De Chirico.

And today, in carved wood like all the sculptures, the Horse is in total white or total black to denote, with its large dimensions, a precise space, as are the Warriors, which can be in white or black natural wood, and the Greyhounds, vigorous and slender, with their long, soaring necks, to contrast with the sweetness of Canova's Aphrodite, the majesty of Athena's head, the dynamic beauty of Belvedere's Apollo and the enchanting agility of the voluptuous Graces.
